Incorporating Bribery and Corruption

It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest, transparent and ethical manner. We have adopted a zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all aspects of our business dealing and relationships wherever we operate.

We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption, and remain bound by UK law, including the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of both our conduct at home and abroad.

Our anti-bribery and corruption officer is Richard Stead. We encourage openness and any individual employee or third party doing business with the group should contact Richard Stead for further advice if they have any concerns regarding bribery and corruption involving any party in its business dealing.
