There will be several options your company can choose for pre-registration and registration –

Pre-registration

Between now and November 2008 you must decide which substances you want to pre-register.

Reach Only Representative Ltd will take on your responsibility of pre-registering. Together, you and Reach Only Representative Ltd will determine what ROR will pre-register and when ROR will pre-register.

Registration

This is the time consuming period during which gathering of information and safety details, together with Risk assessments for all the applications of each substance you will register, have to be compiled prior to submission for authorisation.

This is also the period when Reach Only Representative Ltd truly comes to your assistance. Through attendance of the relevant SIEF for each of your substances, Reach Only Representative Ltd will ensure all of your substances proceed to a successful registration and authorisation and on time. Full attendance and co-operation within the SIEF/Consortia will allow all the cost benefits of group submission to be available to our clients.

It is possible to prepare and submit your individual registration for authorisation. By doing so you must acquire all the information and own all the test results for the full registration. This also means paying the full costs associated with compiling the registration. ROR can help guide you through this approach to registration if you wish to choose it.
