What Does Reach Only Representative Ltd offer

From December 2008, whether you're a chemicals producer, a manufacturer or an importer, the chemicals you produce or use must have been pre-registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and then will need to go through the registration and authorisation process if you wish to continue to sell. The approval process will take place in phases over the next ten years.

Reach Only Representative Ltd is here to help those non-EU chemical manufacturers that have no legal entity in the EU through the REACH process, so that they can continue doing business in the EU.

By acting as the Only Representative we:

Pre-register the substance on behalf of our client
Manage the volume and application data for our client.
Represent our clients at the meetings which will allow all the companies interested in a particular substance to share toxicological data needed forregistration of the substance. (SIEF representation).
Submit all the volume and application data requested by the EuropeanChemical Agency for our clients substances.

We also offer

1Third Party Representation for clients who want to retain confidentiality when going through the data sharing process in SIEF’s or Consortia.

2Trustee Services if clients or groups require a confidential service so that confidential business information is not revealed to other parties whilst still being able to comply with the legislation on data sharing. This service may also be required if independent, cost sharing calculations are required whilst still retaining confidential business information.

3Consultancy if clients require more information on the REACH legislation and an impact assessment of the legislation on their business we offer a direct confidential assessment based on a daily rate. This can be a very cost effective way for organizations to prepare and manage the impact of the REACH legislation.
